How do I book an appointment?
Call +7 771 407 04 23 or +7 771 407 04 25, message us on WhatsApp or leave a request on the site. An administrator will call you back and arrange a time.
How long does an appointment take?
The clinic allows 30–40 minutes for a consultation, so the doctor has time to understand your situation rather than simply write a prescription.
Can I come without an appointment?
It is better to book in advance so you are seen at a convenient time without waiting. If you are in acute pain, call — the clinic will suggest the nearest slot.
What should I bring?
Your ID and the results of any previous examinations, if you have them.

Is the price on the site final?
It is the cost of one specific procedure. The total cost of treatment is made up of several items and is given after examination and diagnosis.
Do you offer instalments?
Yes, the clinic works with Kaspi and Halyk instalment plans. The length depends on the bank's terms, so check the exact conditions with the administrator when you book.
Do you accept Kaspi?
Yes, payment via Kaspi QR is available.
